UICollectionView frame Height is not same as it is in Xib Inspector

My storyboard have one collection view. In sizeForItem delegate method, I printed collectionView Frame height, which comes out as 769. But when i inspected XIB, it is 741. Please explain the difference. enter image description here

Then I inspected in XIB. And height is showing 741.

How to drop the all the 1's in a correlation matrix

I'm trying to change/eliminate the 1's that run diagonally in a correlation matrix so that when I take the average of the rows of the correlation matrix, the 1s don't affect the mean of each of the rows.
