Pine Script - Is there a way to find price at time, but just strike a horizontal line at price based on that variable

Is there a way to use the line.new plot or hline functions to strike a horizontal line at price, after finding price. The issue is I want to see the line on higher time frames, but the variable price found is on a lower timeframe. Is this possible?

How to drop the all the 1's in a correlation matrix

I'm trying to change/eliminate the 1's that run diagonally in a correlation matrix so that when I take the average of the rows of the correlation matrix, the 1s don't affect the mean of each of the rows.
