How to set parameters before simuliting to make it more consist to the real road net? (in SUMO)

In order to make the simulation more consist to the real road, we should reset some traffic parameters in SUMO,such as max vehical speed, Max acceleration, minGAP e.t. Which parameters need to be set in SUMO? And how?

How to drop the all the 1's in a correlation matrix

I'm trying to change/eliminate the 1's that run diagonally in a correlation matrix so that when I take the average of the rows of the correlation matrix, the 1s don't affect the mean of each of the rows.
