Unable to install pytesseract for the python 3.8.10 in Alibaba EC Instance (Ubuntu 20.04.2)

Environment:

Alibaba Elastic Compute Instance OS Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-77-generic x86_64) python 3.8.10

I am unable to install as per the below command.

pip install pytesseract

also used

pip3 install pytesseract

and I am getting the following error.
