Search for two duplicated matches in 3 columns (Excel)

Is it possible to check 3 columns in Excel and if two columns' value is duplicated, then highlight or give back a boolean?
Like the picture on the link (I also added the logic I based my question on).
Or is it more like a VBA-question?

How to drop the all the 1's in a correlation matrix

I'm trying to change/eliminate the 1's that run diagonally in a correlation matrix so that when I take the average of the rows of the correlation matrix, the 1s don't affect the mean of each of the rows.
