Can't change python interpreter from VS CODE Status Bar

Status Bar Image when python file is opened

pls help if you can, idk why the current active interpreter is not visible in the status bar anymore when ive python file opened, its a pain to open command pallete and then type python interpreter just to check what venv im in.

How to drop the all the 1's in a correlation matrix

I'm trying to change/eliminate the 1's that run diagonally in a correlation matrix so that when I take the average of the rows of the correlation matrix, the 1s don't affect the mean of each of the rows.
