How do you write a simple code to look at all the data from years 13-19 with this data set?

How do I write a more concise code to do the same thing in the other sections? I just don't want to copy and paste for every section like I did in the top of the image.

How to drop the all the 1's in a correlation matrix

I'm trying to change/eliminate the 1's that run diagonally in a correlation matrix so that when I take the average of the rows of the correlation matrix, the 1s don't affect the mean of each of the rows.
