To make grub default to boot/load windows 10

How to make grub default to load bootloader of windows 10 if it's left untouched to get input on boot menu, which is

Windows Boot Manager (usually on /dev/sda2)

instead of the grub defaults to set the default boot to Linux installation?

How to drop the all the 1's in a correlation matrix

I'm trying to change/eliminate the 1's that run diagonally in a correlation matrix so that when I take the average of the rows of the correlation matrix, the 1s don't affect the mean of each of the rows.
