5G in India

expected 5g launch  in India - Mid 2018

In Fab-2017 Reliance Jio has tied up with Samsung to bring 5G in India. Both the company are working on LTE-Advanced Pro and 5G. The project will be utilizing spectrum in the 850, 1800 and 2300MHz bands. expected 5g speed 1000 Mbps (1gbps).

How to drop the all the 1's in a correlation matrix

I'm trying to change/eliminate the 1's that run diagonally in a correlation matrix so that when I take the average of the rows of the correlation matrix, the 1s don't affect the mean of each of the rows.
