How to use Scaffold-DbContext in .NET Core for SQL Server Compact (*.sdf File) database

I am using .NET Core and I want to use EF Core to access a SQL Server Compact (*.sdf) database file. What libraries to use and how to use Scaffold-DbContext to build the existing database models and also the database has a password

How to drop the all the 1's in a correlation matrix

I'm trying to change/eliminate the 1's that run diagonally in a correlation matrix so that when I take the average of the rows of the correlation matrix, the 1s don't affect the mean of each of the rows.
