Updating synced Google Sheets to reflect Google Form new grade

How do you get a linked Google Sheets column to update the grades of an existing Google Form that has had the answer adjusted for accuracy?

I adjusted the form to have a different correct answer thus changing the grade on the form. The spreadsheet has not updated the grade column.
