Solution:

Windows phone application extension type is .XAP files.

Download the application in your computer or create your won application with .xap file

Send it to phone or SD card via USB

Open your app store in your windows phone

Go to option in app store

Highlighted option 

select install local app

List of all local app

It will show all the app in your .xap files

Select the application which you want to install

.xap file installation fail then 

(Note: If crashed , not install or any error it show) - Remove or cancel the download or uninstall that particular application.
